I just placed my order and the confirmation came through almost right away. Since this just happened, it’s definitely sticking out to me as a smooth experience — everything was easy to read and I knew exactly what to expect.

i expected a bit more based on the ads. The actual experience just didn’t quite match what I thought I was getting.

For the price, I’m really happy with it. No complaints so far, and my only regret is not grabbing it earlier.

I had to return one item because I accidentally ordered the wrong pack. I expected the return process to be more of a hassle, but it was mostly fine. It did take a few emails back and forth before they sent the return label, which was a little slower than I’d hoped. Still, the refund showed up about a week later, so overall it was fair enough

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking sat on the same status for a couple of days, which made me wonder if something was stuck. It ended up arriving fine, though, so in the end I’m happy enough with the experience.

I will say, after looking everything over, some of it felt a little more expensive than I expected for what it was. Shipping was okay, nothing terrible, but not especially quick either. I’m not unhappy with the purchase, but next time I’d probably compare prices first before ordering again
